Belvedere is a contemporary three bedroom town house in a gated development a short walk from the waterfront of this bustling Marina. It also benefits from being a couple of minutes walk to the beach. The house is arranged over three floors and provides excellent accommodation for up to 6 guests. It has a kingsized, double and twin bedrooms with two shower rooms, bathroom and a ground floor cloakroom. A great location for a family holidays. The property has a light and spacious conservatory off the kitchen and a courtyard garden.

Once inside the front door there is a hallway with a coat hanging cupboard and downstairs toilet. The hallway leads to the kitchen/dining room

Kitchen / Diner

This large and bright room is spacious and well decorated it has a table with 6 chairs for dining on one side and a modern kitchen on the other side. The kitchen has an oven/hob, fridge, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher and microwave. From this room two sets of double doors open into a light and airy conservatory. There is Wifi throughout the property.


From the conservatory doors lead to a sunny South facing outside paved courtyard garden. There is a table and chairs for six guests.

On the first floor of the property

Living room

The living room is modern and comfortably furnished with two sofas and occasional tables and lamps. There is TV with freeview channels and an enhanced sound system.

Twin bedroom

A bedroom overlooking the front of the building onto the lovely communal gardens. It has twin beds, chest of drawers, bedside table and lamps.

Family shower room

Next to the twin bedroom is family shower room with cubicle shower, toilet and wash handbasin.

On the second floor of the property

Master bedroom

This bedroom has a kingsized bed, built-in wardrobes, bedside tables and lamps and a chest of drawers. From the windows there are far reaching views of the sea. The bedroom has an ensuite shower room with shower cubicle, toilet and wash handbasin.

Double bedroom

There is a double bed, bedside tables with lamps, mirror and built in wardrobes. There are also French doors and Juliet balcony overlooking the communal gardens.

Family Bathroom

There is a large modern family bathroom with bath, hand shower, toilet and wash hand-basin.


There is parking for two cars in front of the property.

Why not order your shopping online so it arrives just after you do? That way you can start your holiday without wasting time in the supermarket. Your arrival time at the cottage is from 4pm. All the major supermarkets in Eastbourne provide an internet shopping delivery service so you can choose from Asda, Sainsbury, Tesco, and Waitrose.
