At Bexhill On Sea, the Promenade stretching as far as the eye can see is perfect for walking or cycling and is dotted with cafes and seating areas to just relax and admire the view. You can visit 'De La Warr Pavilion', or 'the people's pavilion', a pioneering centre for arts and culture with many different exhibitions throughout the year.

Bexhill is perfectly positioned for visiting Rye , Hastings, Pevensey, Eastbourne and Brighton. We are positioned a five minute walk to the station Hastings and Eastbourne are quite frequent. Battle is only a 15 minute drive.

There is a coastal cycle path which runs from Bexhill On Sea to the fishing town of Hastings, which also enjoys 3 miles of award-winning shingle beach, and plenty of footpaths for walking and cycling. It has a plethora of independent shops, a cinema, cafés, pubs and restaurants which are very walkable as well as a train station with direct trains to London's Charing Cross. Hastings is a medieval town with its historic beach backed by grand whitewashed Edwardian buildings and a fine Victorian pier (awarded 'Pier of the Year' in 2017). Here you can also visit a number of independent galleries including Jerwood Gallery which is situated right by the beach. For children, and those young at heart, the worlds largest underground skate park is located beneath the seafront promenade in Hastings. 'The Source' includes a mixture of transition and street features and has open sessions, coaching and even film screenings at certain times of the year.

The market town of Battle only a few miles away offers delightful tea rooms, or walk across the iconic battlefield, where you can learn about the history that took place there in 1066. This area is a hub of activity for those involved with, or just interested in the creative arts, a great base for a holiday in any season.

The living room at the front of the property is south facing. It is comfortably furnished with large sofas, lamps, side tables and a TV with DVD and Freeview channels. The room is light and airy, a great place to relax after a busy day exploring. There is Wifi throughout the property.

Kitchen/ Diner

The kitchen with windows on two sides is furnished with an oven/hob, fridge freezer, wash-ing machine, and microwave oven. There is a plentiful supply of crockery, pots, pans and utensils and everything you would need should you decide to dine at home around the central table instead of taking advantage of the scores of restaurants in the town. A door leads on to a balcony also with a table and chairs where you can sit when the weather is fine.


There is a bath with shower over, and wash handbasin.

There is a double bed with bedside tables and lamps,dressing table, chair, a built-in ward-robe and useful storage unit.

Master Bedroom

This spacious bedroom is south facing and has a double bed with bedside tables and lamps, chest of drawers , dressing table and plenty of hanging space in a large wardrobe .

Twin Bedroom

There are two single beds with bedside tables and lamps and a built in wardrobe.

Dressing room/Sitting Room

This room has been furnished with a sofa and has been created as an additional area to read and relax or for children to play . A door leads off this room to the bathroom.


The bathroom has a toilet, wash handbasin and short bath with hand shower.


There is a balcony off the kitchen at the rear of the property with table and chairs either to dine or just sit and relax.Wooden stairs with handrails lead down to ground level.


There is unrestricted parking in the road outside.
