Complete with sedum roofs, solar panels and triple glazing these properties have a feeling of light and spaciousness, but at the same time are energy efficient with a low carbon footprint. The Greenhouse offers an opportunity to experience an eco-friendly building which is beautifully furnished, comfortable, spacious and a great property for a holiday in Sussex. Accommodation comprises of a large open plan living room/ dining room/ kitchen and downstairs toilet and shower room. Upstairs there are three bedrooms, one single, a twin and master bedroom with kingsized bed and a family bathroom. Outside the property there is a private patio and off road parking for 1 car.

Living Room

This modern and bright open plan room has a large triple glazed patio door. The living area is well furnished with two sofas, coffee and side tables, smart TV with DVD player. There is Wifi internet throughout the property. The property has gas fired central heating and is very warm and cosy in winter and cool in summer due to the attention to insulation and efficiency.

Kitchen/Dining Area

At one end of the living room is a dining area with table and 6 chairs. From this area there is a door to the outside patio which also has table and chairs. There is a modern well equipped kitchen with central island unit with an oven and hob, washing machine, dishwasher, fridge/freezer. The kitchen has a good supply of pots, pans and crockery. All cleaning products in the property have been selected to comply with the eco-friendly ethos of the building. Likewise recycling bins are provided.

Master Bedroom

The master bedroom has a kingsized bed, bed side tables with lamps and large built-in wardrobes and chest of drawers.

Shower Room

There is a downstairs shower room with cubicle shower, wash handbasin and toilet.

Twin Bedroom

This room has a curved ceiling, Twin beds and a chest of drawers.

Single Bedroom

This room has a single bed and chest of drawers.
All bedrooms have quality bed linen, and a good supply of towels.


At the entrance to the development are private off road parking spaces and one allocated space for The Greenhouse. The property is well situated close to the shops and restaurants.

Why not order your shopping online so it arrives just after you do? That way you can start your holiday without wasting time in the supermarket. Your arrival time at the cottage is from 4pm. All the major supermarkets in Eastbourne provide an internet shopping delivery service so you can choose from Asda, Sainsbury, Tesco, and Waitrose.
