The house is close to all the amenities and attractions of Eastbourne and is a good base for exploring further afield. It is tucked down a leafy cul-de-sac and only a 15 minute walk from the centre of town and 10 minutes from the railway station for sightseeing trips to London.

Living Room

This living space is immediately adjacent to the dining area and looks out to the front of the property. There is a comfortable sofa, separate armchair a TV with Freeview channels and the room is light and airy, a great place to relax after a busy day exploring.The living room leads into the dining area.

Dining area

Looking over the garden there a dining table to comfortably seat 5 people. The open plan design gives a feeling of space and a lovely outlook for breakfast lunch or dinner.


The kitchen looks out onto the garden.There is an oven/hob, fridge freezer, washing machine, dishwasher and microwave oven. There is a plentiful supply of crockery, pots, pans and utensils and everything you would need should you decide to dine at home instead of taking advantage of the scores of restaurants in the town.


The cloakroom is just inside the front door.There is a toilet and wash hand basin and hooks for hanging up coats.

Master Bedroom

There is a Kingsized bed with bedside tables, lamps and a built in wardrobe.The bedroom is located at the back of the house.

Family Bathroom

The bathroom has a toilet, wash handbasin and bath with shower over.

Twin Bedroom

There are two single beds with bedside table and lamp and a built in wardrobe.

Single Bedroom

There is a single bed , bedside table and lamp and a built in wardrobe.
Bed linen and towels are provided throughout the property.


These is a small lawned area to the front of the property with lovely Lavender borders. The back of the house offers both a patio and lawned garden with garden furniture. Ideal space to relax and enjoy the weather after a busy day exploring.

Pet Friendly

With a secure back garden, pets can enjoy some freedom after long walks or swims at the beach.


There is unrestricted parking in the road outside .

All the major supermarkets in Eastbourne provide an internet shopping delivery service so you can choose from Asda, Sainsbury, Tesco, and Waitrose.
