Enjoy a stay in this contemporary first-floor apartment, which utilises modern elements and traditional features to create a perfectly stylish holiday home. Sleeping two in a sumptuous double bed, you’ll find the ideal base for a romantic coastal getaway.

Set within the first floor of the owner’s property, you can enjoy the luxury of a large Victorian house whilst also enjoying the privacy you’ll want on your holiday. After climbing the staircase using your own private entrance, enter into the bright and airy living room where large bay windows overlook the nearby Saffrons Cricket Ground. Keen chefs will enjoy the state-of-the-art kitchen, and relish in piling up the dishwasher after cooking up a storm. Enjoy your romantic meal or lazy brunch at the dining table under the bay window or in the enclosed garden. The double bedroom is a comfortable space for two to rest and get ready, and a pull-out sofa bed in the lounge provides space for two more guests with prior arrangement. There is a large en-suite wet room adjoining the bedroom.

If the cricket has brought you to Eastbourne, then you’ll be pleased to find the popular grounds within a short stroll. Similarly, close by, the town centre is a mere 0.5-mile walk from the property. Head to the Little Chelsea area of the town where you’ll find independently owned shops and cafes, as well as late-night eateries and gastropubs. The property lies only half a mile from the well-connected train station, and the frequent London services make this spot ideal for a city-based couples’ break. Truly immerse yourself in the countryside with a 3-mile trip to the iconic Beachy Head, where immense chalky cliffs offer remarkable views of the South Coast and English Channel. Prime location for exploring, amenities and equipment to a high standard. Owners very amicable and would engage in a conversation to discuss various destinations. Very pleasurable.

We have had another good stay in this property returning for a third time. We find the location good and close to all amenities. The property has all that you need for your stay with plenty of room. Just right for the two of us.

Good location and close to all amenities, parking may be a problem but we were lucky and managed to park the car outside the property for most of our stay.
