Explore the much-loved town of Eastbourne with fun for all ages within short walking distance, then retreat to this cosy townhouse to rest and relax in style. Sleeping six and with an abundance of leisure space, you’ll want for nothing during your East Sussex stay.

 

The heart of the property is on the ground floor, where a large open-plan kitchen and dining room provides a sociable spot for the family to catch up with one another. Space to cook for six in the generous kitchen, and the dining table close by for family meals. A large coat cupboard, for extra storage, is in the hall. Head through double doors into the conservatory for more space to relax and enjoy a book in the light-filled room. You can also take the meal outside, where a private garden boasts an outdoor dining set. Heading into the first floor, you’ll find a large living room with plenty of space for everyone to lounge around and socialise, with TV and DVD player. The master bedroom on the second floor is a bright and comfortable king-size with en-suite, and a double bedroom on the same floor has a wonderful Juliet balcony.

 

As part of the Sovereign Harbour development, you’ll benefit from the nearby multiplex cinema and a multitude of restaurants, just 1 mile away. Enjoy a wander around the working marina after dinner, admiring the boats as they bob up and down in the sea. Spend a day enjoying a coastal walk up to the beach at Pevensey Bay (2.5 miles), a much quieter alternative to the popular Eastbourne Beach. However, younger family members may be inclined to drag you 4 miles south towards Eastbourne itself, where at the Royal Parade Beach you can partake in some extreme water sports!

A three story house on the Sovereign Harbour development. Quite clean and comfortable but only double beds not king size. Very quiet location and a short pleasant walk to bars, shops and a lovely marina. Handy bus service into Eastbourne.

Lovely roomy house in fab location on edge of Marina and close to Eastbourne. it was a perfect base for the tennis . Lots of stairs but worth the climb!

A very nice property in an ideal location. We enjoyed our stay very much and would very much like to come back at some future date. The Marina is beautiful and has some very nice restaurants and retail shopping areas.

This is a lovely, comfortable, spacious holiday home in a quiet area and within minutes you can walk by the sea or round the marina. Really enjoyed our 2-week stay in this beautifully decorated home. Big house with plenty of space inside. Great location near the marina. The sitting room is huge with plenty seating. The kitchen really could do with a deep clean as could the shower trays. Fairly dusty and cobwebs throughout but overall a nice property. The courtyard is small with lots of weeds. We did expect a higher standard of cleanliness for wRead morehat we paid. I had been assured it was under control and any previous issues regarding the cleaning had been sorted. Could be 5 but sadly not Hide

Had an excellent stay, great location for walking around the marina and to the local restaurants. Property was lovely and had everything we needed. Local Asda was around the corner for stocking up on the essentials. To top it off we had great weather.
